It is ETI Professionals' policy to ensure a work environment free of all forms of unlawful discrimination due to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, medical condition (e.g., cancer-related, HIV positive), age, national origin, citizenship, veteran status, or disability in the hiring, promotion, training, or privileges of employment. As owner of the company, I am personally committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity (EEO) and the practice of nondiscrimination. I am directing all levels of supervision and all employees to consciously regard equal employment principles and practices a normal and necessary part of their responsibilities. All employees of the company will be evaluated on how well they fulfill these responsibilities. Discrimination, direct or indirect, stated or implied, of or by employees, vendors, or contractors in the workplace is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. Responsibility for ensuring compliance with this policy is hereby delegated to Allen R. Christy, hereinafter designated as the ETI Professionals EEO Officer until further notice. ETI Professionals operates in adherence with applicable laws and regulations regarding equal employment opportunity to ensure that all personnel actions, including hiring, compensation, transfers, promotions, layoffs, benefits, training and education, and social and recreational programs are conducted in a fair and nondiscriminatory manner. To this end, in evaluating employees and potential employees, we will consider only those characteristics and qualifications that can be shown to be necessary for the proper performance of the job. The successful implementation of this program is a priority for ETI Professionals. We will strive to ensure that opportunities are available for members of minority groups, women, disabled persons, and protected veterans, including disabled veterans. In this effort, I have directed the development of an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Employment Plan that outlines our program for achieving these objectives. Any temporary or permanent employee may receive a copy of the EEO/AEP by contacting Allen R. Christy at either (303) 277-1444 or (888) 540-5018. All ETI Professionals managers and supervisors must be continually aware of and responsive to the work environment into which ETI Professionals employees are placed. Specifically, all supervisors and managers should: Be aware of potentially discriminatory situations in the workplace; Communicate to employees that complaints of discrimination will be promptly addressed, and that there will be no reprisal toward any person who comes forward with a complaint or provides information with respect to a complaint; Immediately correct any problems that arise; and Seek any assistance needed. Employees who believe that they have been subject to illegal discrimination should raise their concern with appropriate management personnel, including, as appropriate, management personnel above the supervisory level. Managers receiving such information must immediately report the allegation to the EEO Officer. The EEO Officer will immediately conduct an administrative inquiry into the matter. The results of the inquiry will be provided to me along with a recommendation of action. If it is established that discrimination has occurred, or that a complainant has experienced retaliation, the offender will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination. The initiation of a discrimination complaint will not cause any adverse reflection on the complainant nor will it affect that person's condition of employment, career development or future business dealings with the company. I am calling on each employee to ensure the company's adherence to and support of this program. Susan HollandPresident/CEO
